Grilled fish tacos and grilled shrimp tacos are a healthy, SoCal twist on the fried seafood tacos that Southern Californians indulge in whenever they visit Mexico’s Baja Peninsula.
Traditionally, the dish is a flavorful feast of freshly grilled fish or shrimp placed on a bed of corn tortillas, then sprinkled with cabbage and pico de gallo, drizzled with a white sauce and spritzed with fresh lime.
