Waves crashing against the cliff right next to a golf hole at Pebble Beach Golf LinksNestled on a gorgeous peninsula just north of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach Golf Links is one of the world’s premier golfing destinations—where many a golf legend has trod since its founding in 1919.

As you caddie from one hole to the next, you will find yourself gazing in awe upon jaw-dropping vistas of windswept cliffs and the flora and fauna of the great blue sea.

If staying on-property: Tee time $495 – $525+ (golf cart complimentary). You must stay at least 2-nights at a Pebble Beach Resort (note: Sept-Nov, a 3-night stay is required to play at Pebble Beach Golf Links on Thu-Sun). You can book your accommodation and tee time online or via phone up to 18 months in advance.

If staying off-property: Tee time $535 – $565+ (includes golf cart). You can request a tee time via phone 1-day in advance.

Caddie $80 per bag; forecaddie, $40 per player (3 player minimum), rental clubs $95 per bag

Lodging at the Pebble Beach Resort is $815 – $3,205 a night at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Inn or Casa Palermo

      (800) 877‑0597

Closest airport: Monterey Peninsula Airport. You can request a complimentary shuttle to the resort if staying on-property.

The best time to visit Pebble Beach is September thru mid-November, when the weather is lovely and winds from the ocean are minimal. And during these months, the ideal time of day to golf is 10am-noon (the morning fog usually burns off before 10am). This is also the busiest time of year at the resort, so I strongly suggest booking far in advance.

If staying off-property, it is much easier to reserve a tee time the day before if you are a single golfer, especially during the busy season.

Pebble Beach will be hosting the U.S. Open in June 2019!
